The Batad rice terraces were carved into the hillsides of Ifugao Province by hand around 2,000 years ago. They are designated a National Cultural Treasure by the Philippine government and are undeniably spectacular. Their beauty has not gone unnoticed by the rest of the world as they are also a UNESCO world heritage site.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our package deal for Batad rice terraces offers transfer by helicopter from Manila to the rice terraces. Once there, there will be a flight over the terraces to see the view from above and then there will be a one hour stay on land allowing you to explore the terraces, and finally, the flight back to Manila. The departure time is discussed upon request. (Also, please note that food and beverages must be brought personally)
